My name is Nathaniel Szymkowicz. That being a mouthful, Nate will suffice. I’ve been an avid writer of speculative fiction since I was 13 out of an urge to express myself. Over years of disciplined study and practice I’ve committed myself to become the author, leader, and mentor I am today.

Currently, I am primarily focused on a trilogy of military science fiction thrillers known as The Sins of Peace along with developing a number of other works of speculative fiction. I’ve self-published the first novel in this series under the title The Shroud of Peace and was also published in The Red City Review back in 2015.

Outside of writing I enjoy shooting, judo, skiing, sailing, and swimming. I am an Army Veteran and currently reside in Los Angeles, CA with my wife and four legged child, Gage.
